BEFORE:
There was a twin window in a brick wall. They had a stone patio level with the ground. we removed the windows and cut out the brick, enlarging the opening to fit a door with a sidelight. |
AFTER:
We replaced the windows with the door and sidelight adding another exit from the home We built a deck with steps and railings to the stone patio. We added exterior lights and an aluminum awning. To meet code, we also had to raise the main electrical mast coming into the meeter. |
